(standard fee, but additional charges may apply for more complex properties which could be determined by the size of the home, its location, views, parking and detached buildings). Includes measurement sketch and all of the data and analysis to determine market value for the subject property.

Measurement Sketch
$100

this is the most accurate for determining GLA and can have "Appraiser," used as the source for gross livable area on listings. It includes measurements and basic sketch.

Floor Plan
$100

this includes inner walls, room labels and basic room dimensions but does not show a total gross livable area or exterior patios etc.

Sketch and Floor Plan package
$175

this includes both at a discounted rate.
